CHEF DALE KETTLE
Dale is a highly experienced & dynamic Chef who started his culinary career back in 1998 at the critically acclaimed Stokehouse restaurant in St Kilda, Melbourne where he trained under several very influential chefs.
Chef Dale Kettle has been travelling and working with food for the last 20 years, He last landed in Monaco for 5 years where he cooked as a personal chef for the high profile clientele from royalty, sport superstars, and celebrities. His passion for Bali and Asian food is what has brought him to Bali. As a young chef he would travel throughout Asia cooking with street vendors and learning the local food. Formally trained in French and italian fine dining the dishes he puts in Peekaboo are street food classics with modern culinary techniques.
Chef Dale has designed a menu which he wants to be approachable for any clientele. Great for groups small and large sharing food and also great for the individual customer, Peekaboo’s restaurant layout is also designed around the concept to help create a fun, funky and friendly dining experience.
